OUR APPROACH
We firmly believe that any mobile solution should be individually tailored to customers and their needs. You can absolutely rely on our experience and the modules already available from other projects, but the final solution should always meet your own process requirements 100%. Practical action in the following four stages has been proven to achieve this goal.
PHASE 1: CONCEPTION
Every application development begins as an idea. In order for this idea to develop maximum impact, it has to be discussed with colleagues, customers or partners. This is best done with visual sketches called wireframes. These allow users to experience the functioning and the added value of mobile applications before a single line of code is written.
Moreover, the interfaces through which your future application should exchange data with present systems are specified.
As a result, a coherent approach that will give you a clear idea of the future solution can be communicated and this allows us in turn to accurately calculate the cost of the implementation.
PHASE 2: IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation of your mobile solution is agile, so you periodically get an intermediate version. This approach allows you to test the already completed modules at an early stage and still make adjustments as needed during implementation. This reduces risks, shortens the implementation period and lowers costs.
PHASE 3: ROLLOUT
The publication of applications can occur either within the company or through the respective App stores. Through our Apple Enterprise certificates, iOS applications can be installed on all iPhones and iPads worldwide without additional testing by Apple. Even with Android applications, distribution outside the Google Play Store is possible.
PHASE 4: MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
After the developed solution goes live, we are happy to offer you a maintenance and support package according to your needs. Implementing the solution thereby guarantees the support of the users as well as an operation free from problems. If necessary, we perform employee training according to the 'train the trainer' principle and support you in the implementation phase to ensure user acceptance.
